COVID-19 Safety Policies & Procedures

Lakeside Financial Planning (LFP) wants to let you know that we are here to support you during this difficult period. Rest assure, we still are fully operational, and have always been, from a remote perspective. Our advanced technology allows us to communicate with our clients, monitor their financial plans, and make adjustments as needed without any face-to-face interaction with the client(s) or our integration partners. That being said, given that businesses are starting to open back up, both in-state and around the country, we wanted to share our safety policies and procedures with you. In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, Lakeside Financial Planning has adapted our protocol as follows;

Windham, NH Office - The Windham office is open by appointment only and is currently holding meetings outside on the back deck. Seating is spaced at least 6 feet apart and frequently touched surfaces are cleaned and disinfected daily. Cloth face covers or masks must be worn at all times by both the advisor and the client(s). All parties are required to thoroughly wash hands or use hand sanitizer before our meeting. Hand sanitizer and/or masks will be provided upon request. 

Burlington, MA Office - Given the joint office space and multiple tenants located at the Burlington office, LFP cannot in good faith ensure the environment is operating under the CDC guidelines. As such, LFP has decided to close the Burlington office for the time being. The office will reopen as soon as a safe working environment is possible. 

Virtual Meetings - LFP has recently switched from WebEx to Zoom for our virtual meeting platform. Zoom meetings allow for video conferencing across any device in the location of your choice. Zoom has the latest GCM Encryption security for increased protection for meeting data and resistance against tampering.

During these trying times, it’s important to stay safe and unified. The recent political, social, health, and economic turbulence has left many of us feeling angry, distrustful, and confused. While we don’t claim to have all the answers, we can help you to organize your finances, prioritize and meet your goals, and achieve peace of mind.
